Progressive Stamped Anchor Insert Assembly

Ramcel Engineering manufactures this concrete insert anchor assembly with our progressive die stamping and plastic molding equipment. Working with HSLA steel, the main anchor portion is stamped using a progressive die. PE plastic is molded to form the outer wing portions of the part. The steel is coated via a bright zinc plating process, and is then prepared for the assembly stage. Here, the steel and PE pieces are joined via secondary assembly equipment, along with orbital riveted, case-hardened steel studs.
