Progressive Stamped Concrete Anchor Brackets used in the Pre-Cast Concrete Industry

Using our progressive die stamping experience and knowledge, Ramcel Engineering manufactures these anchor brackets used in the pre-cast concrete industry. Different anchorage requirements call for different materials, and Ramcel Engineering handles this manufacturing requirement with ease, producing parts from HSLA steel, 201LN stainless steel, and 304 stainless steel as needed by the customer. The HSLA steel brackets are bright zinc plated.

The 1.05 lb. parts are progressive stamped to a material thickness of .118", measuring 21.175" long by 1.5" wide, and maintaining ± .003" tolerances throughout production. In-process inspection of 1 part every 15 minutes ensures that this standard is met or exceeded on all parts.
