With a production metal stamping department utilizing over 20 Minster presses with larger tonnage capacity, Ramcel can compete on a global platform. Our ERP software can interpret and predict work center capacity data for increased flexibility. Ramcel employs the processes of Lean Manufacturing that is regulated under TS 16949:2002 and ISO 9001:2000. Our production personnel have an active role as an extension to our Quality Assurance Department for the remission of in-process inspection data. Ramcel has the capability and capacity to provide metal stampings and assemblies from low volumes to hundreds of thousands of parts on a weekly basis. In addition to our production metal stamping department, we have an in-house warehouse to facilitate just-in-time deliveries.
