Our tool and die makers are craftsmen who build pride, quality and consistency in every tool they produce. Our fully equipped tooling facility, complete with Wire EDM Machines and CNC Machining Centers, successfully produces tools, fixtures and gauges in the most economical fashion possible. Ramcel is known in the industry for holding PPAP dates firm on the most complex tools. Ramcel uses the latest CAD software as a design and interpretation standard, and the latest CAM software that increases the throughput of each machine tool. Thus, data transmissions are seamless between Ramcel and our customers. Ramcel has implemented a comprehensive die-sensing program that has gained national attention and provided information on a curriculum basis to be used at other firms. Ramcel uses complete Project Management in that a Project Manager, dedicated to your project, oversees and expedites all processes from order placement to initial production.
