Our progressive die stamping expertise translates to the ability to manufacture wire strippers in various shapes, sizes, and configurations, as shown. All parts are stamped, heat treated, deburred, cleaned & pad printed.
Our Minster press runs at 80 cycles per minute, with in-process checking of one part every 15 minutes, to ensure quality and accuracy. Using .123″ thick 1050 and 1075 high carbon steel base materials, the wire strippers measure 6.7″ long and 1.5″ wide before all progressive stamping steps are completed. We also meet exacting packaging requirements for our client, layer packing each production run in small boxes, and keeping pallets under 20″ in height and 2,000 lbs. in weight.
