Mr. Palmi, Ramcel’s Chairperson, is recognized for his dedicated commitment in support of education and training in the trades. He has led the Technology & Manufacturing Association () and its educational initiatives to provide practical training for students.
Promoting Hands-on Education.
Mr. Palmi has also guided the expansion of the curriculum at Lake Park High School and generously donated valuable manufacturing equipment to provide practical training for students. Ramcel also sponsors semi-annual workshops at our facility so students gain exposure to real-life manufacturing processes.
More youngsters and parents need to know that they can make a very good living in the trades. They can be paid during their training and advancement to certified apprentice. They can have no student loan debt when they graduate. They’re prepared to enjoy great, well-paid careers. Students and parents are not being told this in most American high schools today. Ramcel believes they need to be and we’re committed to being their advocate. Trained talent is in demand.
Mr. Ian Smith, Assistant Principle at Lake Park High School, presents a recognition plaque in appreciation of Ramcel’s unwavering commitment to advancing education and training in the trades to American high school students.
A Better Community.
Any time a good size company tries to change the world for the better through education and training, the community benefits. Ramcel has given back to many people and organizations through the decades.
